To ensure the highest level of precision and artistic quality, we require a fixed 3D model from your architect (preferably in SketchUp (.skp) format). We focus on lighting, materiality, and atmosphere to bring your design to life.

What we need from you:

Final 3D Model: Please ensure the geometry is fixed before submission.
Design Notes: Use the “Additional Notes” section at checkout to describe your vision (e.g., preferred lighting/mood, specific material references, or minor architectural adjustments).
Custom Requests: If you need specific entourage (people, cars, plants) or custom furniture styles, please specify them in your notes.

Deliverables: High-resolution photorealistic rendering (4K or higher upon request).
